Elmira Jewellers accepts Debit / Credit Card payments, and COD as well.

All Elmira Jewellers prices are in Indian rupees.

2.Export Restrictions

At the moment, elmiraenterprise.com only ships to Indian delivery addresses

3.Canceled/Declined Orders
Your order can be changed or canceled within 2 hrs time before your order is Confirmed. Contact us to arrange the cancellation of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order and/or to place a stop on online orders if: (a) your order is not accepted at the nominated delivery address; or (b) we believe (or reasonably suspect) that your order is fraudulent or you have otherwise breached these Web Site terms and conditions

4.Tax Invoices
elmiraenterprise.com will email you a tax invoice when payment is processed, so you can reprint the email if you require a hard copy of the invoice.

5. Change of mind / Wrong Size Orders returns
elmiraenterprise.com do not accept returns if you change your mind. Any wrong size order will not be refunded/replaced.

elmiraenterprise.com will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality.
The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
The product does not match the sample or our description.

If you cannot present your elmiraenterprise.com online invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase on elmiraenterprise.com. We reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange.

Your original elmiraenterprise.com online invoice is the best form of proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of a gift certificate/voucher. A gift certificate/voucher or coupon is not redeemable for cash.
